Tom and the whole crew at Done Right are extremely knowledgeable and quick to help. They came out twice very quickly and accommodated my schedule to inspect our attic for condensation issues. Unfortunately we weren’t able to move forward with the repairs and Tom and team were extremely understanding and compassionate. Communicated very well. Easy to work with. Very professional. All workers, staff and project leaders are great to work with. They will walk you through any questions - always ask a lot of questions. Insurance was easy to deal between them and also my mortgage company. Done Right - I will recommend to anyone with roof issues. They even set you up with tips and advice on how to best maintain and keep the life of the roof strong and durable. Would highly recommend. Project manager N. Davis was on top of everything. Everyday the crew was prompt, orderly, efficient, and as clean and organized as construction can get. Timeline quoted was spot on, any issues that came up were explained, and there was no upselling. Will definitely use this company again.
