I had my roof replaced by this company. They did an excellent job in an timely manner. The workers were conscientious about taking care of my property and cleaning up afterwards. Very happy with the customer service I received from Jared Rand.
My first go around with them was not the ideal situation to say the least. A few months after my siding was put on, I noticed a problem . I called and spoke with Tom about my issues. This is when the not so good experience I had, turned into a great experience. Tom came out and looked at my problem and was already working on an action plan to resolve my issue. He re-assured me that my first experience is not what they are about and that the company prides themselves on good work and always taking care of the customer. That is what happened, my siding issues were resolved and they took care of the customer. I would recommended them to a friend or family. They provided quality material and will go the extra mile for the customer.
I was buying a house in Bennington. Siding had some issues. I didn't want to sign on the house until work was completed. Jared finished it that day so i felt comfortable to sign on the house.
They put new siding on one side and was able to reuse the old siding to fix the bad parts. Did a excellent job of reusing old siding. I will be calling to replace all of the siding no matter of price difference.
Anybody can do the job but the quality is my #1 hands down the best.

We worked with Jared Rand with having our gutters replaced as well as adding larger downspouts. Jared was very professional and patient with answering any questions we had. I wasn't 100% sure if I wanted to add leaf guard on the house but I'm very glade we did. Life time clog guarantee means I don't have to get back on my roof every month.
