We had hail damage. Our insurance company was very difficult to work with. They sent an adjuster from out of state who clearly did not have our best interests at heart and was more concerned with how he could do a patch job and save his company a buck vs. fixing the damages properly. They also did not include crucial notes, follow internal procedures that they openly shared with us, threatened us with network contractors without explanation, and overall were just difficult to work with. If u pay for premiums, have replacement cost, and pay your deductibles, it should be easy for you to place a claim, but every step of the way we were met with resistance. Jared Rand at Done Right was there every step of the way to help us get all of our damages paid. Not only will he take the time to walk you through and show you details, but he met with multiple adjusters to make sure they understood the extent of our damages and how repairs need to be made the right way. **We had to replace the roof and gutters, remedy attic ventilation problems, and fix leaks that were caused by the builder's shoddy work. ** Throughout the entire process, Jared was proactive in moving the process along, and getting me information. He was ALWAYS available via text, email, or phone call if I had questions. I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to hear back from him, regardless of the time of day.
** Subcontractors arrived as scheduled, and completed projects on time. They were thorough, and cleaned up when they were done. Everything looks great!!

We were hit by 2017 hail storm. Curt was prompt coming out and letting us know what damage was done. He was helpful and gave great peace of mind in the entire process.
