Excellent service and ethics. They replaced all of our windows and our patio slider door. It was very hot, but they kept working steadily anyway, even staying late one evening to finish the job on time as agreed. Then, when we settled up, they and I had forgotten we were due a discount. They called me to remind me and sent a check for the discount; great ethics and honesty.
We highly recommend Done Right, for home improvements. Ask for Jared Rand, a project manager. He is the BEST!! He makes sure that large and small projects are "Done Right." Done Right put windows in our entire house, three years ago. We like them so much that, this year, we had Done Right/Jared and workers put siding and gutters on our house. We are very impressed with the work. We had three other quotes and Done Right beat them, and did a wonderful job! The workers cleaned up after themselves, every day. Easy guys to get along with. Jared dropped by and inspected their work, during and after their work was done. There were a couple of touch up things left to do, after the siding and gutters. Jared came right out, and took care of it. These things were not in our contract, but Jared made sure everything was taken care of, because he, along with the Done Right company, make sure the customer is happy and we are very happy. Tom, the owner, and Mandy, in the office, are also great people to work with. We will be calling them again, when we decide on our next home improvement. Thanks again, Jared!
Curt was the best contractor I could have asked for! He explained my options and took care of my claim with the insurance company. His crew was on time and did a great job. I love my new roof and siding! I appreciate the good customer service Curt provided.
We recently had roof, siding and new gutters installed. Also had the privilege of working with Jarod Rand, he was always available to answer all our questions via phone call or text. I had all new windows installed and I could not have selected a better company than Done Right! Jared has been outstanding to work with and explains everything in great details. Always was available to answer any questions!! (Even while on vacation, which I apologize for). Randy the window installer is absolutely amazing and such a hard worker!! He works non-stop! In my opinion he needs help!!! He needs an assistant to do the running, assist Randy and help in the clean up!! And I love the windows!! Now on to the siding being installed!! Can't wait!!
