Ray was a pleasure to work with. Before the hail came, we had scheduled work on our brick chimney. Ray was willing, and coordinated schedules so that the it was completed before he started the shingles. Patient and understanding, he took the time answer our many questions. He was there when the insurance adjuster came to first look at our roof and then interacted with them in our stead. I would certainly recommend Ray and would use these professionals again.
I had a small leak for which I called a couple companies to provide me with an estimate. Bob B. from Done Right came out to my house and took a thorough look. He was very informative and offered advice as to the best way to fix it. I felt pretty comfortable fixing it myself (after his advice) but he went to his truck, grabbed some materials and proceeded to fix the leak. He did this and did not charge me anything! I honestly felt like I had a neighbor who was a roofer that came by to give me a hand! You can’t beat that for service!! Thanks Done Right and Bob B!!

Done Right re-sided my house, replaced the gutters, and replaced windows. I live in my childhood home and never intend on moving so quality is extremely important to me. The staff is extremely friendly from the first phone call through even after the job is finished. I had the great opportunity to work with Curt and his team. Curt was extremely responsive, explained things simply and genuinely cared for my home. I have since referred them to my brother and will continue to work with Done Right for my future home needs.
Done Right re-shingled my roof and replaced the gutters and leaf cover system. They did excellent work. Jared, the project manager, provided clear descriptions of the work to be done as well as a reasonably priced estimate. He was very good in providing me with literature and links to various information that would help me to understand how the entire roofing, ventilation, and leaf cover systems interfaced and the pros and cons of various roofing and gutter-related products on the market. Part of the work was replacing defective shingles installed by another roofing company 6 years ago. With Jared's encouragement and hard work, I was successful in obtaining a claim settlement from the manufacturer of the defective shingles. Done Right's roofing and guttering work was accomplished professionally and in a timely manner. I contacted this company initially because of recommendations from three different friends who had used them before and were pleased with their work. I am glad I took the advice of those friends and contacted this company.
