Bob was fantastic to work with. Explained everything great and was very helpful. My roof was replaced today and I love it! The crew also did a great job with the clean up.
Jared is amazing! He's been so helpful and thorough, always explaining the process easily to those that have never had a big storm with damage (me!) We absolutely love our new siding and roof and have had so many compliments on it. I don't wish for another storm or to go through it all again, but if we had to, we know exactly who we'd come to first!
Our roof became a casualty of the July 2017 hailstorm. We were faced with the task of finding a contractor. We contacted a few local contractors with DoneRight being one of our choices. Upon Meeting Curt Templeton, we were very impressed with his no pressure and honest approach. We decided to go ahead and give DoneRight our business. We do not regret our decision at all. Curt made the process very easy on us. He was knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to dealing with our insurance. When time came for the work to be done his crew was punctual and did a good job of cleaning up our property.
We would definitely use DoneRight again or recommend them to our family and friends.
We had windows, siding and gutters contracted through Done Right. The project manager Bob, was amazing he was so patient while we struggled with our design decision's and price. He did a great job with communication and he was there when we needed him. I highly recommend Done Right for your home improvement projects.
We just got our new windows in, we love them. The quality is top notch. Jared was awesome to work with, he did not pressure us like the other guys who gave us a bid. He knew our time had been wasted with the others and he respected that. That is exactly why we chose Done Right. The installers were professional and cleaned everything up before leaving. They even installed our newly purchased blinds. I would highly recommend them. They were great to work with and the windows have made a huge difference with the noise and no more drafts!
