Curt worked with my insurance company to get it paid for even though the roof was old and there was depreciation applied initially. Jeff was the project manager he took pictures throughout the removal to document damage. Came back once the project was completed and made sure it was done correctly. They did a wonderful job in a timely manner. I am very happy with the interactions we had and the job they did so I am going to have them replace my siding also. Thanks guys
We had new gutters installed. The gutter crew was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and quality driven! Andy did our estimate and was the project manager. While completing the project he even climbed up on the roof and did a quick inspection. Great service from all!
Dave at Done Right was very professional and knowledgeable with Roofing. He took the time to explain every aspect of the installation. Worked with the insurance to make sure I was fully reimbursed for cost of roof. Came back to the house to inspect once the job was completed to ensure that it was done correctly and to see if I had any questions or concerns. The actual start of install was delayed due to weather but the crews stayed onsite from 7:00am to 8:00pm to ensure that it was completed on time. Would recommend for anyone needing a new roof.
I had new Fascia installed since the old ripped off and exposed wood that had rotted away. I had been trying to get ahold of my original roofer who kept putting me off for several weeks. So I called Done Right based on what I’ve seen on the Neighborhood App and it was easy. Every crazy question I asked was answered. And I wasn’t asked if I needed to check with my husband which is a huge plus for me (there is no husband). Everything looks great and without any hassle! I still haven’t heard back from my original roofer so Done Right will hear from me again when the time comes.
They did a great job repairing the fascia on the side of our house at a reasonable cost compared to other local competitors.
